Que coisa boa quando vemos transparência nos processos políticos. Hoje, em longo editorial, o jornal The New York Times, manifestou seu apoio ao democrata Senador Barack Obama. Segundo o texto, "This country needs sensible leadership, compassionate leadership, honest leadership and strong leadrship. Barack Obama has shown that he has all of those qualities".
Gostei mais da trecho que cita parte de um discurso do Obama em Denver: "Government cannot solve all our problems, but what it should do is that which we cannot do for ourselves: protect us from harm and provide every child a decent education; keep our water clean and our touys safe; invest in new schools and new roads and science and technology."
E para fechar com o assunto do momento, o jornal cita que "Since the financial crises, he has correctly identified the abject failure of government regulation that has brought the markets to the brink of collapse."
